August 5, 2008, the Chief mailed out a letter to all Red Hook
Clergy belonging to the Red Hook Ministerium asking for their
support by announcing the Fire Company's recruiting drive to
their congregations.

Business Owners
March 10, 2008, the Chief mailed out a solicitation letter
asking for contributions to support our advertising program
planned for our 2008 Recruitment Campaign. If a business did not
receive a copy of the mailing, or if a company member or other
visitor knows of a business that should be invited, the letter
and order form can be downloaded and emailed (PDF format):
